OASIS rezoning approved by Mayor and Council at Third Reading

Element has achieved a tremendous milestone in receiving rezoning approval on the OASIS masterplan for a multi-phased intergenerational aging-in-place project, for a total buildable area of approximately 750,000sf, or 950 suites, along with complementary commercial uses. The next steps are technical processes to arrive at Fourth Reading (enactment of rezoning) and Development Permit approval.
