Element Lifestyle Retirement Director and Vice President, Candy Ho, talks about her father’s story of immigration, and the motivation and inspiration that drove him to pioneer, develop and operate Continuum of Lifestyles (Aging in Place) retirement residences. Candy also discusses Element’s vision for today’s concept of retirement, and its addition of intergenerational homes with services accommodating aging in place. This model was also conceived based on her own family’s way of living, and won Element an international award over 950 projects assessed worldwide.
