Senior Officer steps down after successfully accomplishing mission

January 14, 2016 – VANCOUVER, BC. Element Lifestyle Retirement Inc. (TSX:ELM) (“Element” or the “Company”) announces that Frank Lo stepped down from his position as Executive Vice President effective December 31, 2015.

Frank’s primary responsibility was the listing of the Company on the TSXV which was completed in early December. With the completion of the listing, both the Company and Frank felt it was an appropriate time for him to step down as Executive Vice President to pursue his other business interests. The Element Board thanks Mr. Lo for his contributions in advancing the Company’s business plans, most significantly by helping it to secure its listing on the TSXV.
