OPAL by element RECEIVES UNANIMOUS APPROVAL BY THE URBAN DESIGN PANEL

Our flagship Cambie and King Edward residence, OPAL by element™, received a positive review and unanimous approval by the City of Vancouver’s Urban Design Panel. This is a significant milestone and moves us into the final stage of  the development application approval process.

As we anticipate the launch of sales in Summer of 2016, we are currently welcoming those who are interested in living with us to help shape the programming of our social and wellness activities and services. After all, we are here to make life the way you’ve always wanted to live it!
