Element is developing a master-planned community on 17 acres in the town centre of Langley, conveniently located across from the Langley Events Centre. It’s the first property in the Township’s Official Community Plan that supports high-density development.

This will be a true oasis, with a pond, a rehabilitated fish spawning creek, lush ferns along the bed of Latimer Creek, nature discovery paths, community garden plots, and wild berries and herbs.
