The Opportunity

As part of the Resident Services team, you are responsible for maintaining Element’s high quality and service standards by effectively overseeing all aspects of regular maintenance requirements as they pertain to the efficient operation of the community.

This is a multi-faceted role that will assist the Resident Service Manager in overseeing all aspects of relations with residents, guest, visitors, property management and maintenance, drivers and contractors while maintaining Element’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Note: The working hours for this role is Fridays and Saturdays from 12:00am to 8:00am, with the flexibility to pick up extra shifts where needed.

Driver (Full-time & Part-time)

The Opportunity

We are looking for dynamic, motivating people who are genuine and passionate about delivering service excellence and driven to make a meaningful difference in the day to day lives of our residents.

As part of the Resident Services team, you play an integral role in providing our residents with our promised high quality and service standards.

As the designated driver, you’ll be tasked with providing enjoyment and convenience to our residents by driving team to their scheduled visits and assisting them in accessing our community.
