General Manager, OPAL

Element Lifestyle Retirement has commenced recruitment for a skilled General Manager for our flagship community. Opal by Element due to open February of 2019.

The target commencement date for this role is the Fall of 2018. Base pay and total compensation is Base pay and total compensation is well above industry norm.

As the General Manager, you are the “CEO” of your business unit. In the day-to-day operations of the community you will ensure that your staff delivers the highest quality of care, resident service and satisfaction. You possess an “everyone sells” approach to running your business.
